The trip to Whistler from Vancouver

From Vancouver Airport (YVR), the trip to Whistler normally takes around 2.5 hours. We offer curb to curb service, so we will pick you up at the location and time of your choosing and will drop you off just steps from your final destination in Whistler, whether it be your hotel, lodge or Whistler Village. At both pick-up and drop-off we will handle all of your luggage and/or sports equipment for you so you won’t have to lift a finger.
If you're not landing in Vancouver, we also do pick-ups from Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) and Bellingham Airport (BLI).

Q: What promotions are available for roundtrip Whistler transfers?
A: We currently offer two seasonal promotions:

  1. Early Bird Promo – Save $100 OFF the return portion
    • Valid for bookings made between August 1 – November 15
    • Applies to any future travel dates
    • Applicable to Sedan, SUV, or Executive Van
  2. Standard Winter Promo – Save $60–$80 OFF the return portion
    • Valid for travel between December 1 – March 31
    • $60 off for Sedan/SUV
    • $80 off for Executive Van

Q: How do I claim the roundtrip Whistler discount?
A: Simply book roundtrip private transportation between Vancouver (or YVR) and Whistler and mention “Whistler Roundtrip Promo.” The discount will be applied to your return leg based on the promotion you qualify for.

Q: Is the Early Bird Promo automatically applied?
A: Yes. If you book between Aug 1 and Nov 15, the $100 off Early Bird Promo will be automatically applied to the return portion of your roundtrip.

Q: What if I book after Nov 15?
A: The Standard Winter Promo will apply if your travel dates fall between Dec 1 and Mar 31, with a $60 or $80 discount on the return portion.

Q: Can I combine the Early Bird Promo with the Winter Promo or any other offer?
A: No, promotions cannot be combined. The higher-value discount will be applied automatically based on your booking date.

Q: What vehicle types are eligible for the roundtrip discount?
A: All standard vehicles are eligible, including:

  • Luxury Sedan
  • Luxury SUV
  • Executive Van
  • (Accessible vehicles and buses are excluded unless specified.)

Q: Can I use the discount if my return is on a different day?
A: Yes, roundtrip discounts are valid even if your transfer dates are on different days — as long as both legs are part of one booking.

Q: Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
A: No, we only require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Full payment will be processed 1 to 3 days prior to your pickup date.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Winter is our busiest season. To secure your preferred vehicle and time, we recommend booking as early as possible — especially if you want to take advantage of the Early Bird Promo.

We strive to be family friendly and make things as convenient for you as possible, saving you the hassle of bringing your own car seats. We have car seats suitable for children of all ages; from infant to youth—4 lbs to 120 lbs.

Car seats or boosters are just $20 each.

As required by law, our car seats and boosters are Canadian products, meet Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and are not expired.

We used KJ Limousine Service twice for transportation between Vancouver & Whistler and Whistler & the airport. Their pricing was fair, they responded quickly and were willing to provide a 4:30am pickup from Whistler to the airport. We were 3 adults and 1 teenager with 4 suitcases and were able to fit nicely in their SUV. The driver was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

We booked a round trip with KJ Limousine Services for our recent snowboarding trip between Vancouver and Whistler. We went with the luxury SUV which fit the 4 of us very comfortably along with all of our snowboarding gear. The driver was very polite and helpful handling our gear and drove very safely the entire time. Because we booked a round trip, we got a good deal on the package. This included a 20 minute rest stop half way there at a nice waterfall location. We came down to stretch our legs, use the bathroom and take some pictures. The driver took the pictures of our group for us. Overall we were very happy with the whole experience and will be calling KJ Limo for the same trip next year.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Using KJ Limousine for our vacation to Whistler made a huge impact on how enjoyable our trip was. Upon first contact, I received a timely quote from Hing Jong on transportation services using one of their executive vans. The quote was reasonably the lowest of all the companies I contacted. They also include a scenic/rest stop on the way from YVR to whistler. I had to call to provide my credit card and dealt with Wendy who has a pleasant and cheerful attitude. She promptly sent me an updated formalized quote and informed me that the last 4 digits of my CC would show on the quote. Not a huge deal to some, but I appreciate the little things. We were picked up at the airport by Frank?, who held up a tablet with my name on it. He was easy to find and parked close to the airport exit doors. The van was very clean, not super comfortable, but better than airplane seats. He was a really cool driver and safe on slick roads. I was really glad that we didn't choose to drive the whole family in multiple rental cars with all our luggage on unfamiliar icy roads. We got to the hotel in a couple of hours. Our pick up from the hotel was just as easy. Joe was waiting at the front desk. He helped us put our luggage in the van after he tried very hard to put car seats in.. you need some practice, Joe! 🙂 We all rested in the shuttle peacefully as Joe navigated us safely to the airport. My son left a charger in the first shuttle, and Hing Jong met us at the airport to give it to us. I have to say that stellar service like that really made our day. My dad was very impressed by it. I'm so glad we used KJ Limousine and can't wait to call on them again for our next whistler trip.

After researching transportation for our Whistler trip, I cancelled our rental and booked with KJ Limousine due to the many TA Reviews and so glad I did. Pros Service and Reservations - Amazing! It's always a bit unnerving when traveling to a new place and relying on an unknown transportation service, but after the many positive TA Reviews, I e-mailed KJ Limousine and heard back literally within 4 minutes from Hing. I cannot say enough accolades about Hing - his response time is incredible and extremely timely - usually within minutes of my e-mails and questions which is very nice and helpful in planning purposes. Hing also sent friendly e-mails checking in and also very nice and reassuring booking reminders the day prior to pick up and departure - which again helps alleviate stress worrying about ensuring someone's picking us up and/or having to check in with them. Arrival/Departure - Exactly per Hing's great instructions, Larry was waiting for us at Vancouver's airport. In addition, our departure time was at 5:30am and Larry was waiting for us ready to bring us back to the airport. Value - Excellent value and peace of mind as, except for one night, we did not need a car in Whistler - and really nice value with the strong US Dollar! Driver - our driver Larry was very friendly and prompt. I left my glove in the SUV and Larry, with Hing's help, very nicely dropped it off in our lobby the next day as he thankfully had a pickup in Whistler that morning. SUV - very nice, newer and clean Areas of Improvement A very small and minor suggestion, but would have been nice if we could have stopped for an amazing photo of the sea and islands as it was a beautiful sunny day (the first in awhile too). I didn't think of it until close to our lunch stop in Squamish - which was very nice of Larry stopping for us - we asked prior to leaving the airport as we were all hungry if we should get food there or on the way. Directions - again minor, but we accidentally went to the wrong area in Whistler - wasn't a big deal or out of the way, but was kinda surprised.

I can't say enough about the service we have received from KJ. I can't remember if they were originally referred from Pan Pacific in Van or Westin in Whistler but it was a great recommendation from the concierge. Since our first trip with them, they are now our only service provider for car service. I love the new stretch MKT! Our last flight into Van was delayed almost 10 hours. Raeburn (best driver ever) monitored our flight and was there when we landed at almost midnight. We typically use them for airport service and to/from Vancouver to Whistler. Summer and winter. I simply can't say enough wonderful things.

Driver was right on time. Hing was lovely and stopped when we wanted and took like 100 pictures for us. Lol Pricing is the most decent i found. The cable that connects our phone to the radio system was barely working so we gave up on it. Only reason i'm not giving them a 5 star. Ride would have been perfect with music.

I did a lot of price shopping at other limo companies in Richmond and Vancouver before calling KJ Limousine. Although their rates are not the cheapest, they're certainly not expensive overall compared to most limo companies in Richmond and Vancouver. Their prices are very reasonable and it's well worth it for the excellent service that you get. The owner and driver (Hing) is very polite, is easy to get a hold of and is very helpful on the phone. He speaks Chinese and his English is good too. (It was difficult to understand some of the other companies I called on the phone.) He knows the Vancouver area very well, handles luggage for you and offers complimentary water bottles. If you're heading to Whistler with KJ Limousine, you'll get a free 20 minute rest stop and a great discount if you book the return trip too. Thank you for the great experience! Will call again.
