I emailed a few limousine services in Vancouver and this is the quickest to reply. And with complete information, clear pricing right away. Wendy Mok is fantastic! She drew a wine tour itinerary for me, accommodated my special requests (and changes) and arranged everything. She answered questions quickly, even at nights and weekends. I thought she was a bot, but she's not. I think she just genuinely wants to make customers happy. We were happy!
My kids and their friends had an amazing time today on the ride. The driver took us to Granville Island... most of the kids haven't been there before... so they were so happy. highly recommend this company.
Really responsive when booking. Even though I did not specifically ask for a driver who speaks Chinese they cleverly provided one for us. The van was spotless and we had two car seats ready for kiddies. We organized a personalized tour and our chauffeur Tony met every demand we throw at him.
This is the second time using KJ Limo and they are by far the most professional personal transportation company. They are extremely prompt in replies, friendly, on time and communicative. We scheduled a personal driving service from Vancouver to Seattle and the driver kindly introduced himself the day before, arrived early before scheduled time and treated us very well asking if we needed to make an additional stops, offered water and made sure we didn’t forget anything before we departed. The vehicle was clean, spacious and in great condition. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their wonderful services in the future. 5 stars in my books!
Vancouver Personalized Tour
My husband, my 98 year old mother and myself engaged KJ Limousine Service for a personalized tour of Vancouver. Our driver Peter was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, funny and efficient. Peter took the list of places we wished to visit, found the most efficient route to tour. He was very kind and caring towards my mother who has some mobility issues. We were able to see all the sites we wanted and a few others Peter suggested. The tour was finished early and Peter insisted on lowering our pre-arranged price. The service was stellar and the integrity laudable.
Peter who drove my wife and me to most of the wonderful gardens in the city of Vancouver was extremely kind, knowledgeable, etc. He was very helpful getting the motorized scooter into and out of his specially designed SUV. We spent a 4 hour trip in Vancouver with Peter on a Saturday and same on Sunday. I can highly rate this company and its services!
