US and International Arrivals (YVR)
- Procedure: After passing through immigration and customs, you will enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL).
- Meeting Point: Your chauffeur will be waiting immediately on the right side of the lobby with a paging board with your name in bold.
- Visual Reference: Please refer to the photos below showing the International Reception Lobby, wooden sculptures, and designated chauffeur waiting area.
Canadian Domestic Arrivals (YVR)
- Procedure: Proceed to the baggage carousel area on Level 2 Arrivals.
- Meeting Point: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals area with a paging board with your name in bold.
- Note: If you exit on Level 3 (Departures), please move to Level 2 via escalator or elevator to meet your chauffeur.
- Visual Reference: Please refer to the photos below showing Level 2 Arrivals, baggage carousel area, and meeting point.

- Wait Time: One (1) hour of complimentary wait time is allowed from the actual flight landing time.
