Domestic Arrivals:
- Welcome to BC Vancouver!
Upon exiting the aircraft please proceed to your designated baggage carousel - On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting with a paging board bearing your name in bold
- NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur
International Arrivals:
- Welcome to BC Vancouver!
Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration - Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels
- Then proceed through customs
You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold.
